Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high order volume.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.
  • Any promotional free shipping offer will be clearly mentioned on the website.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected locations.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.
  • Repeated COD order rejections may result in restriction of COD services for future orders.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
  • Customers are responsible for providing correct contact and address details.

6. Incorrect Address

  • If the delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional re-shipping charges may apply.

Returns & Replacement Policy

Because crystals are natural and spiritually energized products, all products sold on Tatsavam Crystal are non-returnable unless received damaged during transit.

1. Eligible for Return / Replacement

Return or replacement is accepted only if the product is received damaged or broken during transit.

To request a return:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos of the damaged product
  • Provide a full unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)

Without a proper unboxing video, damage claims cannot be accepted.

2. Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used or worn products
  • Customized or specially energized items
  • Sale or clearance products
  • Minor natural variations in color, size, or texture

Since crystals are natural stones, slight differences are normal and not considered defects.

3. Refund Process

  • Once the damage proof and unboxing video are verified
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • For COD orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the mistake is from our side.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Refunds are not applicable based on personal expectations or results. Due to the natural nature of crystals, returns based on personal preference or expectations are not accepted.
