1. Return Eligibility
All products are non-returnable.
Returns or replacements are only accepted if the product is received damaged or broken during transit.
An unboxing video is required as proof (without cuts or edits). Without a proper unboxing video, damage claims cannot be accepted.

All products sold on Tatsavam Crystal are non-returnable unless they are received damaged with a valid unboxing video.

- You will be notified via email or phone
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method
If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
4. Replacement Policy
In case of a damaged product received during transit:
- We may offer a free replacement instead of a refund
- Replacement will be shipped after approval of your request
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
6. Shipping Charges

- Return shipping cost must be borne by the customer (unless the mistake is from our side)
